My favorite restaurant is Chefski's Polish Home-Made Cooking in Wallington, New Jersey. The exact address is 360 Main Ave, Wallington NJ 07057. They expicitly serve delicous Polish home-made food. The dishes remind me of the Polish restaurants I used to go to with my family when I lived in Brookyln. My mom is "straight-off-the-boat" from Poland but even her cooking is not as good as Chefski's. (Kocham cie, mama.) My absolute favorite dishes from the restaurant are pierogi (Polish dumplings), zapiekanki (cheese and mushrooms on bread), and nalesniki (Polish crepes). Chefski's had made fresh, delicious Polish foods for surrounding communities for six years and continues to delight Polish and non-Polish people alike. It is my favorite restaurant people the food is amazing and reminds me of my Ciocia Grazyna's (Aunt Gracy's) food in Poland. If Chefski's were to close down, I would probably have to move to my Ciocia's house in Poland. She serves tasty Polish dishes just like Chefski's. However, it would be a little impractical to move to Poland due to a restaurant closing down, so I would probably look for another Polish restaurants to meet my standards. I would definitely recommend Chefski's to anybody who wants to experience Polish cuisine without having to leave the comfort of their country!
